摘　　要：Digital transformation is a general trend in global industrial development,and an important part of the new generation of energy and industrial revolutions.As the fourth industrial revolution represented by the deep integration of new-generation information technology with various sectors of the economy and society develops rapidly,digitalization,networking,and intellectualization are reshaping the global social,political,and economic landscape.The global information revolution represented by the Internet industrialization and industry intellectualization is silently changing the patterns of energy production and consumption.
