毛发红糠疹合并前纵隔神经鞘瘤一例

摘　　要：毛发红糠疹是一种少见的鳞屑性角化性皮肤病,其发病可能与肿瘤等因素相关。现报道一例曾误诊为银屑病的毛发红糠疹患者,后发展致红皮病,诊疗中发现前纵隔占位肿物、癌胚抗原指标升高,予口服阿维A及肿物切除等治疗后,皮疹消退。术后病理及免疫组化诊断为神经鞘瘤。Pityriasis rubra pilaris is a rare scaly keratosis skin disease,and its pathogenesis may be related to tumor and other factors.A case of pityriasis rubra pilaris was misdiagnosed as psoriasis,and later developed into erythroderma.An anterior mediastinal mass was found with elevated carcinoembryonic antigen levels during diagnosis and treatment.After oral acitretin and tumor resection,the rash resolved.Postoperative pathology and immunohistochemistry showed schwannoma.
