阿美替尼致中毒性表皮坏死松解症一例

摘　　要：患者,男,49岁。全身红斑、丘疹、水疱、糜烂伴痒痛10余天。患者因肺腺癌并胸膜转移给予口服甲磺酸阿美替尼治疗,半月后面部、躯干出现红斑、丘疹,对症治疗未见好转,出现大面积皮肤剥脱、糜烂、渗液。诊断为中毒性表皮坏死松解症,立即停药,并系统使用糖皮质激素和丙种球蛋白治疗,皮损逐渐消退。A 49-year-old male presented with erythema,papules,blisters and erosion all over the body with itching and pain for more than 10 days.The patient was treated with oral almonertinib mesylate for lung adenocarcinoma with pleural metastasis.Erythema and papules appeared on the face and trunk after half a month later,and symptomatic treatment did not improve,with large area of skin exfoliation,erosion,and exudation.The diagnosis of toxic epidermal necrolysis was made.The drug was stopped immediately and systemic corticosteroids and gamma globulin were used.The lesions gradually subsided.
