摘　　要：心电图应用于临床已有120年(1903~2023年),100多年来心电图对人类的健康做出了巨大贡献。鉴于心电学在临床医学中的不可替代性,及近几年飞速发展的互联网+远程诊断模式在助力胸痛中心建设,确保区域心脏危急重症患者医疗安全方面产生的积极意义,迫切需要设计一套高效、科学、创新性的质量控制体系,帮助大家不断提升专业服务能力,确保医疗安全。本文就正在运行的远程心电诊断“启东模式”,探讨心电质控体系建设的方式方法。目的是在心电专业相对薄弱的质控领域起到抛砖引玉的作用。ECG has been used in clinical practice for 120 years(1903~2023),and it has made great contributions to human health for more than 100 years.Given ECG irreplaceable place in clinical medicine,and the rapid development of Internet plus remote diagnosis mode in the enhancement of chest pain center construction,ensuring positive effect on medical safety of regional critical severe patients with heart disease,there is an urgent need to design a set of efficient,scientific,innovative quality control system,helping improve professional service ability,and ensure medical safety.This paper focuses on the on-going romote ECG disanostic"Qidong Mode",discusses the methods of the construction of ECG quality control system.The purpose is to play a role in the relatively weak quality control field of remote ECG diagnosis.
