摘　　要：目的分析预见性护理干预在矮身材患儿生长激素激发试验中的应用。方法选取2021年1月至2023年5月云浮市人民医院收治的75例接受生长激素激发试验的矮身材患儿进行回顾性分析,按照不同干预方案分为预见组(n=50)和对照组(n=25)。对照组采用常规护理干预,预见组采用常规护理+预见性护理。比较两组不良反应发生情况、护理满意度和心理状态。结果预见组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);预见组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,预见组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预在矮身材且接受生长激素激发试验患儿中的应用效果显著,临床可推广应用。Objective To analyze the application of predictive care intervention in growth hormone provocation test for children with short stature.Methods A total of 75 children with short stature who underwent growth hormone provocation test in Yunfu People’s Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis.All the children were divided into the foresight group(n=50)and the control group(n=25)according to different intervention programs.The control group received routine care intervention,and the foresight group received routine care and predictive care.The incidence of adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction and mental status of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the foresight group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the foresight group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores in the foresight group were lower than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of predictive care intervention in children with short stature undergoing growth hormone provocation test is significant,which can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
