摘　　要：目的探讨石蜡疗法在痉挛型脑瘫患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月至2022年4月淄博市妇幼保健院儿童康复科收治的50例痉挛型脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为两组,每组25例。对比组接受常规康复护理,实验组在对比组基础上采用石蜡疗法,比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,实验组日常生活能力评分、下肢运动功能评分高于对比组,步行10 m所用时间短于对比组,关节活动度大于对比组(P<0.05);实验组家长总满意率高于对比组(P<0.05);实验组干预总有效率高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论石蜡疗法在痉挛型脑瘫患儿护理中的应用效果显著,能够改善各项临床指标,提高满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of paraffin therapy in the nursing of children with spastic type of cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 50 children with spastic type of cerebral palsy in Department of Child Rehabilitation,Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the experimental group received paraffin therapy on the basis of control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the daily living ability score and lower limb motor function score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the time spent walking 10 meters was shorter than that in the control group,and the joint range of motion was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paraffin therapy in the nursing of children with spastic type of cerebral palsy has significant application effect,which can improve various clinical indicators,improve satisfaction,and is worth popularizing.
