摘 要:在“双碳”目标和煤炭经济实现高质量发展的背景下,探究产业集聚、科技进步与创新等对煤炭产业绿色全要素生产率的影响情况具有重要意义。针对煤炭产业集聚特性,采用固定效应模型和中介效应模型,将煤炭产业集聚、技术创新和绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)纳入同一个研究框架,在分析煤炭产业集聚对绿色全要素生产率的影响机理基础上,利用2010—2020年我国27个省份的面板数据进行实证检验,并进一步对自主创新、外部引进、政府支持等3种技术创新模式的中介效应进行深入研究。研究发现:煤炭产业集聚与绿色全要素生产率之间存在显著的倒U型关系;技术创新在煤炭产业集聚与GTFP的非线性关系中存在中介效应;不同的创新模式对不同集聚程度区域产生的影响各不相同。其中,自主创新对低集聚区的中介作用最为显著;外部技术引进对高集聚区的中介作用最为显著;政府支持则对中集聚区的中介作用最为显著,但对高集聚区产生的影响并不明显。上述研究结论对煤炭产业集聚下如何提升绿色全要素生产率具有借鉴意义。Under the background of“double carbon”goal and high-quality development of coal economy,it is of great significance to explore the impact of industrial agglomeration,scientific and technological progress and innovation on the green total factor productivity of coal industry.According to the characteristics of coal industry agglomeration,the fixed effect model and the mediating effect model were adopted.The coal industry agglomeration,technological innovation and green total factor productivity(GTFP)were included in the same research framework.Based on the analysis of the influence mechanism of coal industry agglomeration on green total factor productivity,the panel data of 27 provinces in China from 2010 to 2020 are used for empirical test,and the mediating effects of three technological innovation modes,such as independent innovation,external introduction and government support,are further studied.The study found that there is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between coal industry agglomeration and green total factor productivity;technological innovation has a mediating effect in the nonlinear relationship between coal industry agglomeration and GTFP.Different innovation models have different effects on different agglomeration areas.Among them,the mediating effect of independent innovation on low agglomeration areas is the most significant;the intermediary effect of external technology introduction on high agglomeration area is the most significant;government support has the most significant mediating effect on the middle agglomeration area,but the impact on the high agglomeration area is not obvious.The research conclusions mentioned above are beneficial to improving the green total factor productivity under the agglomeration of coal industries.
