多层次视角下煤电综合价值拓展模式研究

摘　　要：煤电作为当前我国电力供应的主体,在加快构建新型电力系统进程中,仍将扮演关键角色。在高效发挥电力、热力、火力等价值的基础上,煤电亟需深入挖掘并充分释放潜在价值,以综合价值促进转型发展,支撑新型电力系统构建。对煤电的内在和外在综合价值进行系统分析,探讨煤电多维度价值辐射模式,从厂区、园区、区域和供应链4个视角切入,讨论煤电综合价值的拓展模式和实践案例,分析多层次视角下煤电的转型发展新模式,并提出促进煤电高质量转型发展的相关建议。As the main source of electricity supply in China,coal power will still play a key role in accelerating the construction of a new electricity system.Based onefficiently playing the value of power,heat,and firepower,coal power needs to be deeply explored and fully released potential value,to promote transformation and development with comprehensive value and support the construction of a new power system.This paper makes a systematic analysis of the internal and external comprehensive value of coal power,discusses the multidimensional value radiation mode of coal power,discusses the expansion mode and practical cases of coal power comprehensive value from the four perspectives of plant,park,region and supply chain,analyzes the new mode of coal power transformation and development from a multi-level perspective,and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the high-quality transformation and development of coal power.
