氚内污染病例的医学处理及启示

摘　　要：放射性核素氚可通过消化道、呼吸道、表面皮肤以及伤口等途径进入人体内, 从而对人体健康产生不同程度的内照射损害。笔者简要介绍了氚的特性及其吸收与代谢机制, 梳理了国内外几起涉氚事故所致氚内污染患者的临床医学处理资料, 总结了氚内污染的救治要点及其带给我们的启示。Tritium,a radionuclide,can enter the human body through various pathways,including the digestive tract,respiratory tract,skin surface and wounds,resulting in varying degrees of internal radiation damage to human health.In this paper,the characteristics,absorption and metabolism of tritium are briefly introduced,and the clinical medical treatment data of internal tritium contamination caused by several accidents at home and abroad are reviewed.The key points of treatment and enlightenment for internal tritium contamination are put forward.
