创新要素市场化如何推动共同富裕?——基于城乡收入差距视角

摘　　要：创新要素市场化发展可有效提高城乡创新要素配置效率与流动性,已成为新时期弥合城乡收入差距、扎实推进共同富裕的有力抓手。基于我国30个省级行政区2012-2021年面板数据,借助系统GMM模型、面板门槛模型及空间计量模型,实证考察创新要素市场化对城乡收入差距的影响效应。结果显示:创新要素市场化发展有助于弥合城乡收入差距,产生共同富裕效应,且该效应具有非线性特征。从空间角度分析来看,创新要素市场化不仅能缩小本地区城乡收入差距,还对相邻地区城乡收入差距产生空间溢出效应。基于此,应加速推动创新要素市场化发展、制定阶段性创新驱动发展战略、探索跨区域收入分配调节新机制,助力共同富裕目标实现。The market-oriented development of innovation elements can effectively improve the allocation efficiency and liquidity of urban and rural innovation elements,and has become a powerful starting point for bridging the urban-rural income gap and promoting common prosperity in the new era.Based on the panel data of 30 provincial administrative regions in China,with the help of system GMM model,panel threshold model and spatial econometric model,this paper empirically examines the impact of innovation factor marketization on urban-rural income gap.The results show that the market-oriented development of innovation factors helps to bridge the urban-rural income gap and produce a common prosperity effect,and this effect has nonlinear characteristics.From the perspective of space,the marketization of innovation factors can not only narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas in the region,but also have a spatial spillover effect on the income gap between urban and rural areas in adjacent areas.Based on this,we should accelerate the market-oriented development of innovation elements,formulate phased innovation-driven development strategies,explore new mechanisms for crossregional income distribution adjustment,and help achieve the goal of common prosperity.
