摘 要:在逆全球化不断演化的趋势下,中国实现关键核心技术突破变成一个十分迫切的战略问题。明晰关键核心技术基础研究与产业空间布局是构建高效国家创新生态系统的基础。采用多源异构数据和ArcGIS的技术方法,分析了中国关键核心技术基础研究与产业空间布局现状。主要结论有:①与产业技术基础类和关键基础材料类关键核心技术相关的高校等研究机构主要集中在京津冀地区和长三角地区;②产业技术基础类、关键基础材料类、核心元器件类关键核心技术相关上市公司最为集中的区域是长三角地区,其次是京津冀地区和粤港澳大湾区;③与关键核心技术相关的上市公司在地理上聚集的程度更高,而相关的高校等研究机构空间分布上则相对分散一些。研究成果为研究构建突破关键核心技术的国家创新生态系统提供了空间视角的研究思路;为中国未来关键核心技术的空间规划和布局提供了理论基础;也为基于关键核心技术的产学研深度融合相关研究提供了空间理论依据。In the evolution of the trend of deglobalization,China's achievement of breakthrough in key core technologies turns out to be a very urgent strategic issue.Clarifying the spatial layout of basic research and industry in key core technologies is the basis for building an efficient national innovation ecosystem.The study adopts multi-source heterogeneous data and ArcGIS technical methods to analyze the current situation of basic research and industrial spatial layout of key core technologies in China.The main conclusions include:first,research institutions such as universities related to key core technologies of industrial technology foundation and key basic materials are mainly concentrated in Beijing-Tianjin Hebei region and Yangtze River Delta region;second,the most concentrated regions of listed companies related to key core technologies of industrial technology foundation,key basic materials and core components are Yangtze River Delta region,followed by Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area;third,listed companies related to key core technologies are more geographically clustered,while the spatial distribution of related universities and other research institutions is relatively scattered.The research results provide a research idea of spatial perspective for studying the construction of national innovation ecosystem for breaking through key core technologies;provide a theoretical basis for the spatial planning and layout of key core technologies in China in the future;and also provide a spatial theoretical basis for the research related to the deep integration of industry-university-research based on key core technologies.
