摘　　要：金融科技对生产能力的提高起到了巨大的促进作用,同时也极大地推进了数字化转型的步伐。通过对中国近年来发展数据分析,金融科技对数字化转型有着积极的影响,且对不同社会经济组织数字化转型的作用尤为明显。从影响机制来看,金融科技可以大大优化数字化转型的金融环境、对数字化转型过程中内部控制与财务稳定、创新活力提升等,表现出显著的机制效应。与此同时,金融制度建设越完善,越能推动金融科技服务数字化转型,通过对转型路径的分析,探索出更加有效的创新路径,最后提出相应对策。Financial technology has played a great role in promoting the improvement of production capacity of enterprises,and also greatly promoted the pace of digital transformation of enterprises.Through the analysis of China's enterprise development data in recent years,fintech has a positive impact on the digital transformation of enterprises,and the role of different technology enterprises in the digital transformation is particularly obvious.From the perspective of impact mechanism,fintech can greatly optimize the financial environment of enterprises'digital transformation,and show significant mechanism effects on internal control,financial stability and innovation vitality in the process of digital transformation.At the same time,the more complete the construction of the financial system,the more it can promote the digital transformation of financial technology service enterprises.Through the analysis of the transformation path,a more effective innovation path is explored,and finally,corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
