摘　　要：建设实体经济、科技创新、现代金融、人力资源协同发展的产业体系,必须强化创新对现代化经济体系的战略支撑,充分发挥金融在国家创新体系中的驱动作用。在分析金融体系划分、研究不同体系对创新活动影响的基础上,从企业资金来源和不同金融机构职能的国际比较视角,剖析了我国金融体系所处的整体位势,并基于创新主体培育、知识配置、动力转换、产业升级、宏观调控等维度,阐释了现阶段金融在国家创新体系中存在的角色不适应之处,进而提出构建市场与信贷相协调的金融新体系、强化服务经济发展新动力的金融创新、持续推进科技金融制度创新、加强与创新体系相适应的金融风险管理、完善金融宏观调控方式等建议。To build an industrial system with the coordinated development of real economy,scientific and technological innovation,modern finance and human resources,we must strengthen the strategic support of innovation for the modern economic system and give full play to the role of finance in the national innovation system.First,this paper analyzes the division of financial system,and studies the impact of different systems on innovation.At the same time,it analyzes the position of China's financial system from the perspective of the source of enterprise funds and the functions of different financial institutions.This paper analyzes the role of finance in the national innovation system from the aspects of innovation subject cultivation,knowledge allocation,power transformation,industrial upgrading,macro-control,etc.Finally,it proposes to build a new financial system in which the market and credit are coordinated,promote financial innovation of the new driving force of economic development,continuously promote innovation of financial system,strengthen financial risk management in line with the innovation system,and improve financial macro-control methods.
