河道水闸闸墩裂痕的成因与防治方法研究

摘  要:为了加强对河道水闸闸墩裂痕问题的防治力度,推进河道水闸整治工程建设,建立闸墩有限元模型,研究温差应力、浇筑时间间隔与闸墩裂痕的关系。结果显示,随着施工间隔的增加,底板和闸墩的最大拉应力呈递增趋势,更容易产生裂缝;设置冷凝管的闸墩在第5天的最大应力相较于设置前的最大应力减少100 kPa。研究表明,合理的闸墩浇筑时间间隔与冷凝管的敷设,能够有效预防和治理河道水闸闸墩的裂痕问题。In order to strengthen the prevention and control of the crack problem of channel sluice pier and promote the construction of channel sluice renovation project,the finite element model of channel sluice pier was proposed to study the relationship between temperature difference stress,pouring time interval and the crack of channel sluice pier.The results show that with the increase of construction interval,the maximum tensile stress of base plate and pier increases,and cracks are more likely to occur.On day 5,the maximum stress of the sluice block with the condensate pipe is reduced by 100 kPa compared to the maximum stress before the installation.The results show that reasonable time interval of pier pouring and laying of condensing pipe can effectively prevent and cure the crack problem of channel sluice pier.
