摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法和热分解法制备不同煅烧温度和涂刷次数条件下的Ti/SnO_(2)-Sb-Ni-F电极,并探究其对罗丹明B染料模拟废水的降解效果。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其物相组成及表面形貌进行表征;运用循环伏安法(CV)、计时电流法和线性扫描伏安法(LSV)测试其电化学性能。结果表明:同一煅烧温度下,60次涂刷比30次表现出更加优异的电化学性能。其中60次涂刷,450℃煅烧温度下Ti/SnO_(2)-Sb-Ni-F电极具有更高的析氧电位(2.1 V),更优的电催化活性以及更高的稳定性。在降解实验中,其在20 min内对罗丹明B的降解率为98.8%。因此,该电极在废水处理领域具有较好的应用前景。Ti/SnO_(2)-Sb-Ni-F electrodes under different calcining temperatures and brush coating times were prepared by sol-gel and thermal decomposition method,and the degradation effect of Rhodamine B dye simulated wastewater was discussed.The phase composition and surface morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.Then,the electrochemical performance of the Ti/SnO_(2)-Sb-Ni-F electrodes were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry(CV),chronoamperometry and liner sweep voltammetry(LSV).The results indicated that 60 brushing times had better electrochemical performance than 30 times under the same calcining temperature.Among them,the Ti/SnO_(2)-Sb-Ni-F electrode presented higher oxygen evolution potential(2.1 V),better electrocatalytic activity and higher stability at 450℃calcining temperature and 60 brushing times.In the degradation experiment,the degradation rate of Rhodamine B within 20 min was 98.8%.Therefore,the electrode has a certain application prospect in the field of wastewater treatment.
