摘 要:CO_(2)气体保护焊接工艺具有高效、低成本的优势,被广泛应用于工业生产中。但是CO_(2)气体保护焊接工艺因存在飞溅大、焊缝成形差的问题限制其进一步发展。通过在焊接过程中施加不同参数的同步磁场,利用高速摄像装置对熔滴过渡过程中重要指标参数进行测量分析及参数优选。结果表明:施加纵向同步磁场,当磁场电流控制在2 A和频率2 kHz时,短路时间可达0.65 ms;通过改变磁场参数有效控制焊接飞溅率。在最佳磁场参数2.5 A、70 Hz下,焊接飞溅率最低可达2.68%,表明外加纵向同步磁场能有效控制熔滴过渡短路时间、燃弧时间,并改变熔滴形态,对改善CO_(2)气体保护焊接工艺起到可控作用。CO_(2) gas shielded welding process has the advantages of high efficiency and low cost,and is widely used in industrial production.However,the CO_(2) gas shielded welding process is limited to further development due to the problems of large spatter and poor weld formation.In this paper,by means of applying synchronous magnetic fields with different parameters in the welding process,high speed camera was used to analyze the important parameters in the droplet transfer process.The results showed that when longitudinal synchronous magnetic field was applied and the magnetic field current was 2 A,2 kHz,the short-circuit time could reach to 0.65 ms;Welding spatter rate could be effectively controlled by changing magnetic field parameters.When the optimum magnetic field parameter was 2.5 A,70 Hz,the minimum welding spatter rate coud reach 2.68%,which showed that the external longitudinal synchronous magnetic field could effectively reduce the short circuit time of droplet transfer and arc burning time,and changed the droplet shape,which played a controllable role in improving CO_(2) gas shielded welding process.
