摘　　要：以甲基烯丙基聚乙二醇醚TPEG、丙烯酸羟乙酯HEA和不饱和羧酸BSI-1为合成原料,以过硫酸铵APS为引发剂、巯基乙酸TGA为链转移剂,合成了一种适合混凝土用高性能保坍型减水剂XBT-1,并以水泥净浆的初始流动度和1 h流动度为评价指标,对其合成工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:随着酸醚比、酯醚比、引发剂用量和链转移剂用量的逐渐增大,反应温度的逐渐升高以及反应时间的逐渐延长,水泥净浆的初始流动度和1 h流动度均呈现出“先升高后降低”的趋势。当酸醚比为3∶1、酯醚比为2∶1、引发剂用量为3%、链转移剂用量为4%、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为2.5 h时,合成的高性能保坍型减水剂XBT-1的分散性能最好。在水泥净浆中加入0.2%的XBT-1即可使其初始流动度和1 h流动度分别达到338 mm和315 mm,分散保坍效果较好。A high-performance slump reducing agent XBT-1 suitable for concrete was synthesized using methylallyl polyethylene glycol ether TPEG,hydroxyethyl acrylate HEA and unsaturated carboxylic acid BSI-1 as raw materials,ammonium persulfate APS as initiator,and mercaptoacetic acid TGA as chain transfer agent.The initial flowability and 1-hour flowability of cement paste were used as evaluation indicators to optimize the synthesis process conditions.The experimental results showed that as the acid ether ratio,ester ether ratio,initiator dosage,and chain transfer agent dosage gradually increased,the reaction temperature gradually increased,and the reaction time gradually prolonged,the initial fluidity and 1-hour fluidity of cement paste showed a trend of"first increasing and then decreasing".When the acid to ether ratio was 3∶1,the amount of chain transfer agent was 4%,the ester to ether ratio was 2∶1,the amount of initiator was 3%,the reaction temperature was 60℃,and the reaction time was 2.5 h,the synthesized high-performance slump reducing agent XBT-1 had the best dispersion performance.Adding 0.2%XBT-1 to the cement slurry could achieve an initial flowability of 338 mm and a 1-hour flowability of 315 mm,respectively,had good dispersion and slump retention effects.
