摘  要:提出了一种两步法制备工艺,制备新型聚乙烯醇水凝胶创面敷料,用于伤口保护。这种方法通过热处理得到物理交联的聚乙烯醇干凝胶,后通过限溶胀法,在劣溶剂中化学交联得到一种新型的物理-化学协同交联的水凝胶。分别对不同处理方法所得水凝胶的力学性能、溶胀率、水蒸气透过率及体外释药性能进行了测试。结果表明:物理-化学协同交联水凝胶具有最优异的综合力学性能,断裂强度达19.39 MPa、延展率达415%、弹性模量达5.66 MPa、韧性达30.18 MJ·m^(-3)及断裂韧性达3.64 k J·m^(-2)。并且,体外模拟展现出优异的抗溶胀率、透气性和载药释药能力。这种两步法制备的力学性能优异、透气、可负载药物的聚乙烯醇水凝胶有望作为新型创面敷料应用于临床。A two-step preparation process was proposed to prepare a novel polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel wound dressing for wound protection.In this method,a physically crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol dry gel was obtained by heat treatment,and then a new type of physico-chemical synergistic cross-linked hydrogel was obtained by chemical crosslinking in an inferior solvent by swelling restriction.The mechanical properties,swelling rate,water vapor transmission rate and in vitro drug release properties of hydrogels obtained by different treatment methods were tested.The results showed that the physical-chemical cross-linked hydrogel had the best comprehensive mechanical properties,with a breaking strength of 19.39 MPa,elongation of 415%,elastic modulus of 5.66 MPa,toughness of 30.18 MJ·m^(-3) and fracture toughness of 3.64 kJ·m^(-2).Moreover,in vitro simulation showed excellent anti-swelling rate,air permeability and ability to drug-loading release ability.This two-step polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel with excellent mechanical properties,breathability and drug-loading is expected to be used in clinical practice as a new wound dressing.
