摘  要:目前国内油田三次采油用驱油剂主要为石油磺酸盐、重烷基苯磺酸盐等阴离子型表面活性剂,此类表面活性剂一般以石油产品为原料,分子中含有芳香环结构,而含有芳香环结构的化学剂其生物降解能力较弱,给环境治理带来了诸多困难。为了解决以上问题,以生活中废弃生物油酯为原料,将其与发烟硫酸进行磺化反应合成了生物油脂磺酸盐驱油剂BOSA。通过室内优化合成条件,确定最佳反应条件为:油剂比1∶2、反应时间5 h、反应温度60℃,并对生物油脂磺酸盐驱油剂进行了性能评价。结果表明:生物油脂磺酸盐驱油剂BOSA具有较好的降低油水界面张力的性能,界面张力值可达到10^(-3)m N·m^(-1)级别,耐温性能可达到200℃以上,具有较好的耐矿化度性能,0.5%的生物油脂磺酸盐驱油剂BOSA室内驱油效率可提高18%以上。At present,the oil displacement agents used for tertiary oil recovery in domestic oilfields are mainly anionic surfactants such as petroleum sulfonates and heavy alkyl benzene sulfonates.Such surfactants generally use petroleum products as raw materials,and the molecules basically contain aromatic ring structures,while the chemical agents containing aromatic ring structures have poor biological degradation ability,which brings many difficulties to environmental governance.In order to solve the above problems,bio oil sulfonate oil displacement agent BOSA was synthesized by sulfonation reaction of waste bio oil ester with oleum.The synthesis conditions were optimized through laboratory experiments.The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:oil-agent ratio 1∶2,reaction time 5 h,reaction temperature 60℃.The performance evaluation of bio oil sulfonate oil displacement agent was carried out.The results showed that bio oil sulfonate oil displacement agent BOSA had good performance in reducing oil-water interfacial tension,the interfacial tension value could reach 10^(-3) mN·m^(-1),and the temperature resistance could reach above 200℃.The oil displacement agent BOSA had good salinity resistance performance,and the oil displacement efficiency of 0.5%oil displacement agent BOSA was improved by more than 18%in laboratory experiments.
