摘 要:为解决传统油田表面活性剂的耐盐和耐温问题以及更好地适应低渗透油藏的特殊条件,采用10-溴癸酸、丙酮和二甲胺为原料,在实验室条件下合成了p H敏感型表面活性剂TCHJ,其合成收率为64.21%。在0.2%的主剂质量分数下,结合p H敏感型表面活性剂TCHJ和非离子型表面活性剂AEO-7(质量比为1∶2),形成了驱油复合体系,能将油水界面张力降至8.34×10^(3)N·m^(-1)。该体系在油田实际油藏温度和矿化度条件下均展现出优异性能。室内驱油实验表明,该体系能提升原油采收率8.57%。根据现场先导试验的反馈,采用该复配体系策略,试验井组的日均增油量为1.68 t,且平均综合含水率降低了18.57%。这证明了该复合体系在提高采收率方面的有效性,为该技术的进一步创新和推广提供了理论和实践支撑。In order to solve the problem of salt and temperature resistance of traditional oilfield surfactants,and to better adapt to the special conditions of low-permeability reservoirs,10-bromodecanoic acid,acetone and dimethylamine were used as raw materials in this study.A pH-sensitive surfactant TCHJ was synthesized with yield of 64.21%.At mass fraction of 0.2%of the main agent,combined with pH-sensitive surfactant TCHJ and non-ionic surfactant AEO-7(mass ratio 1∶2),an oil-displacement composite system was formed,which can reduce the oil-water interfacial tension to 8.34×10^(3) N·m^(-1).The system exhibited excellent performance under the conditions of actual reservoir temperature and salinity in the oil field.Indoor oil displacement experiments showed that the system could enhance oil recovery by 8.57%.According to the feedback from the field pilot test,using the compound system strategy in this study,the average daily oil increase of the test well group was 1.68 t,and the average comprehensive water cut was reduced by 18.57%.This proved the effectiveness of the composite system in improving oil recovery,and could provide theoretical and practical support for the further innovation and promotion of this technology.
