摘 要:以聚丙烯酰胺类聚合物为研究对象,在室内进行了纳米微球水化膨胀实验和选择性封堵实验,分析了不同注入参数时纳米微球的封堵特性,明确了低渗透油藏纳米微球深度调剖封堵界限。结合现场实际应用,开展了矿场微球调驱动态分析和效果评价研究。结果表明:纳米微球水化特性与地层温度和矿化度密切相关;微球粒径与孔喉直径比值为0.5时纳米微球的封堵效果最佳。深度调剖应用结果,显示800 nm的微球封堵率最佳,可实现井组增油532 t、降水88.56%的效用。Taking polyacrylamide polymer as the research object,the hydration expansion experiment and selective plugging experiment of nano-microspheres were carried out in the laboratory,and the plugging characteristics of nano-microspheres under different injection parameters were analyzed,and the deep profile control and plugging limit of nano-microspheres in low permeability reservoirs was defined.Based on on-site practical applications,dynamic analysis and effectiveness evaluation of microsphere flooding were conducted.The results indicated that the hydration characteristics of nanospheres were closely related to the formation temperature and mineralization degree;The best sealing effect of nanospheres was achieved when the ratio of microsphere particle size to pore throat diameter was 0.5.The application results of deep profile control showed that the 800 nm microsphere had the best sealing rate,which could achieve the effect of increasing oil production by 532 t and reducing water cut by 88.56%in the well group.
