摘 要:稠油采出水中硅含量比较高,将会产生大量的硅垢,阐述了硅垢的危害,凸显出了除硅的必要性。对稠油采出水中硅形态进行介绍和总结,主要为反应硅和非反应硅。归纳了近些年来不同油田稠油采出水化学混凝除硅情况,分析不同药剂的应用情况和实际的除硅效果,总结了钙、镁、铝、铁4类除硅药剂的应用范围,探讨了化学混凝除硅方法的优点和不足,展望了除硅药剂将来的发展趋势。The heavy oil produced water has a relatively high silicon content,which will produce a lot of silicon scale,and the harm of silicon scale was expounded,highlighting the necessity of removing silicon.The morphology of silicon in heavy oil recovery water was introduced and summarized,including reactive silicon and non-reactive silicon.The silicon removal by chemical coagulation in produced water of heavy oil in different oil fields in recent years was summarized.The application of different agents and the actual effect of removing silicon were analyzed,and the application range of four kinds of agents including calcium,magnesium,aluminum and iron were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of chemical coagulation for removing silicon were described,and the further development of silicon removal agents were prospected.
