消瘀健脾止鼾方对间歇性缺氧小鼠血清HIF-1α、IFN-γ及IL-4水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:消瘀健脾止鼾方是四川省名中医蒋路云主任医师多年临床经验方,在治疗痰瘀互结型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征具有明显的临床疗效,通过对间歇性缺氧小鼠模型血清中HIF-1α、IFN-γ及IL-4的含量变化评价消瘀健脾止鼾方的药效。方法:采用低氧氧仓建立间歇性缺氧小鼠模型,将小鼠分为正常组、模型组、给药组治疗2周,对比观察分析三组在治疗前后的一般行为学表现以及血清HIF-1α、IFN-γ、IL-4含量变化。结果:消瘀健脾止鼾方可有效降低血清HIF-1α、IFN-γ及IL-4的表达。结论:消瘀健脾止鼾方能降低HIF-1α、IFN-γ、IL-4为代表的炎症因子水平,对机体间歇性缺氧有明显的改善作用。Objective:Xiao-Yu-Jian-Pi-Zhi-Han prescription is a formula of Chief Physician Dr.Jiang Lu-yun with many years of clinical experience,who is also Sichuan Famous Chinese Medicine Doctor.The prescription has obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome with interconnection of phlegm and stagnation.The efficacy of Xiao-Yu-Jian-Pi-Zhi-Han prescription was evaluated by changes in the serum levels of HIF-1α,IFN-γ and IL-4 in an experimental mice model of intermittent hypoxia.Method:A mice model of intermittent hypoxia was established by using a hypoxic oxygen chamber.The mice were divided into normal group,model group and drug administration group for 2 weeks,and the general behavioral performance and changes in serum HIF-1α,IFN-γ and IL-4 levels of the three groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Result:Xiao-Yu-Jian-Pi-Zhi-Han prescription effectively reduced the expression of serum HIF-1α,IFN-γ and IL-4.Conclusion:Xiao-Yu-Jian-Pi-Zhi-Han prescription can reduce the level of inflammatory factors represented by HIF-1α,IFN-γ and IL-4,and has a signiffcant ameliorating effect on intermittent hypoxia in the organism.
