摘　　要：目的:考察枳实薤白桂枝汤标准煎液(ZXGD)对异丙肾上腺素(ISO)致心肌缺血大鼠的影响。方法:连续7天灌胃ZXGD12.2、6.1 g·kg^(-1)进行预防给药,第6,7 d腹腔注射异内肾上腺素(85 mg·kg^(-1))制备大鼠心肌缺血模型,检测大鼠心电图,收集血液进行血清心肌酶学和血液流变学指标检测,HE染色检测心肌损伤程度。结果:与空白组相比,模型组大鼠心电图ST段抬高,全血粘度和血浆粘度均显著升高(p<0.01),心肌明显坏死,血清心肌酶均显著升高(p<0.01);与模型组比较,ZXGD显著降低了ISO所致大鼠心电图ST段抬高。同时,ZXGD减轻了心肌损伤,降低了血清肌酸激酶MB(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)(p<0.01)水平,并降低了全血粘度和血浆粘度(p<0.05)。高剂量组(12.2 g·kg^(-1))、低剂量组(6.1 g·kg^(-1))均有显著药效。结论:ZXGD能预防ISO所致的大鼠心肌缺血,可改善大鼠血液凝集状态,保护心脏功能,减轻心肌损伤。Objective:To observe the effect of standard liquid of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction(ZXGD)on myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol(ISO)in rats.Method:After 7 days of prophylactic administration by intragastric administration of ZXGD(12.2、6.1 g·kg^(-1)),ISO(85 mg·kg^(-1))was injected intraperitoneally on the 6th and 7th day to prepare rat model of myocardial ischemia.Cardiac function was assessed by ECG and serum myocardial enzyme levels.Changes in hemorheology indexes were detected,and myocardial tissue damage was detected by HE staining.Result:Compared with blank group,ST segment elevation,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were signiffcantly increased in model group(p<0.01).Myocardial necrosis and serum myocardial enzymes were signiffcantly increased in model group than that of blank group(p<0.01).Compared with model group,ZXGD signiffcantly reduced ST segment elevation induced by isoproterenol.Meanwhile,ZXGD alleviated myocardial damage,reduced serum creatine kinase MB(CK-MB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)levels(p<0.01),and reduced whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity(p<0.05).High dose group(12.2 g·kg^(-1))and low dose group(6.1 g·kg^(-1))had signiffcant effects.Conclusion:ZXGD can prevent myocardial ischemia caused by ISO,improve blood viscosity,protect cardiac function and reduce myocardial injury in rats.
