摘　　要：本文通过问卷调查和文献综述分析信息化与智能化背景下工程造价创新创业人才培养存在的问题,构建“兴趣小组深度讨论、双创案例学习、过程性指导”三位一体的工程造价创新创业人才培养体系,实践工程造价新型创新创业人才培养方法,提出加强工程造价“信息化与智能化”教育和完善创新创业教育体系的建议,力争在“新工科”的国家战略需求下培养出具有创新创业能力的新型工程造价专业人才,对同类高校人才培养模式改革具有借鉴和推广价值。This study analyzed the problems of traditional engineering cost talents cultivation through questionnaire survey and literature review under the background of informatization and intelligence developments.In addition,this study built a new innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation system of“in-depth discussion of interest groups,case study of dual innovation and process guidance”,and conducted the new innovative and entrepreneurial talents cultivation method of engineering cost.The new innovative and entrepreneurial cultivation method was put forward,and suggestions were made to strengthen the education of engineering cost“informatization and intelligence”and improve the innovative and entrepreneurial education system,striving to cultivate new engineering cost talents with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities under the background of the national strategy of“new engineering”.It has a high reference value for the reform of talent training mode in similar universities.
