摘　　要：标段划分是招标工作中的一项重要内容,也是建设单位及咨询单位招标策划工作中的一项重要内容。标段划分直接影响到招标人对投标人的资质要求,其划分合理与否,也影响到整个招标过程是否能够形成有效竞争,甚至影响到招标是否能够成功。对影响标段划分的因素和原则进行分析和整理,并结合案例对超高层项目的标段划分进行研究,阐述超高层项目在进行标段划分工作时考虑的主要因素。The division of bid sections is an important part of the bidding work,as well as an important part of the bidding planning work of the construction unit and the consulting unit.The division of bid sections directly affects the qualification requirements of the tenderer for the bidders.Whether the division is reasonable or not also affects whether the entire bidding process can form effective competition,and even affects whether the bidding can be successful.This paper will analyze and sort out the factors and principles affecting the division of bid sections,and explain the main factors considered in the division of bid sections of the project in combination with the case of the division of bid sections of skyscraper.
