摘　　要：以层次分析法作为机场工程项目管理模式选择的理论基础,再以中国民用航空飞行学院直升机塔台及其附属设施工程项目作为案例,针对案例项目开展其最佳工程项目管理模式的选择探究,从而为民航专业工程项目从业者们就管理模式的选择提供一点参考。using the analytic hierarchy method as the theoretical basis for the selection of airport engineering project management mode,and then taking the helicopter tower and its auxiliary facilities engineering project of the Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China as a case,the selection of the best engineering project management mode is carried out for the case project,so as to provide a little reference for the civil aviation professional engineering project practitioners on the choice of management mode.
