摘　　要：通过介绍浙江省工程总承包计价规则相关项目清单和招标控制价编制的核心内容与规则,以及应用实践,并研究项目清单和招标控制价编制在工程总承包计价中的作用,探索造价改革背景下,利用指标、指数和数据库编制项目清单和招标控制价的新途径。This paper explores the role of the compilation of project list of items and tender sum limit control in the valuation of general contracting projects,based on the core content and rules of the valuation rules for general contracting projects in Zhejiang Province and their practical application.In the context of cost reform,this study proposes a new approach to compiling project list of items and tender sum limit control using indicators,indices,and databases.Thefindings of this study provide insights into the effective management and control of project costs in the general contracting industry.
