摘　　要：通过对抽水蓄能电站工程投资影响因素的分析研究,获得投资阶段计算参数并进行投资测算。遵循将项目“化整为零”的原则,利用参数数据,从工程投资的基础单价、建设安装单价着手剖析并进行数据测算,从而获得单价调整计算方法,攻克单价计算过程中的技术难点,为投资测算提供调整依据及数据支撑;进一步“化零为整”,依据已调整建筑安装工程单价计算工程投资,最终计算出工程静态投资及单位千瓦造价指标。Through the analysis and research of the factors affecting the investment of pumped storage power station project,the calculation parameters of the investment stage are obtained and the investment is calculated.In accordance with the principle of“breaking the project into pieces”,using parameter data,the basic unit price of project investment and the unit price of construction and installation are analyzed and the data are calculated,so as to obtain the calculation method of unit price adjustment,overcome the major and difficult technical problems in the process of unit price calculation,and provide adjustment basis and data support for investment calculation.Further“turn parts into whole”,calculate the project investment according to the adjusted unit price of the construction and installation project,andfinally calculate the static investment of the project and the unit kilowatt cost index.
