摘　　要：估算模型较少用于砂石骨料加工工厂建设工程费估算研究。本文对砂石骨料加工工厂建设工程费影响因素进行分析,并基于主成分分析选取五项主要因素为自变量,采用多元回归方法构建估算模型。并通过一项实际案例对模型进行验证,结果表明:新计算出的变量能综合反映原来多个变量包含的信息,模型预测结果与实际结果相比,误差为5.86%,具有较高的精度,该模型具有工程实践指导意义。Cost estimation models are less used in research on cost estimation for construction projects of sand and gravel aggregate processing factories.This article analyzes the factors affecting the engineering cost of sand and gravel aggregate processing factories,and selects five independent variables are based on principal component analysis,uses multiple regression methods to establish an estimation model for the research of the engineering cost.An actual case is chosen to validate the model,the results show that the new calculated variables can comprehensively reflect the information contained in the original variables.Compared with the actual results,the error rate was 5.86%,which indicates high accuracy.Therefore,this model has practical significance for engineering practice.
