摘 要:基于2006-2020年我国30个省份面板数据,运用非期望产出超效率SBM模型计算建筑业碳排放效率并探究其空间分布特征,构建传统马尔可夫与空间马尔可夫概率转移矩阵,分析建筑业碳排放动态演变及空间溢出效应。结果表明,建筑业碳排放效率分布呈现出“东高西低”的现象;近三年建筑业碳排放效率则在空间上表现出负相关;同时建筑业碳排放效率具有空间溢出效应,且存在一定的“马太效应”现象。本研究结论为建筑业转型升级发展提供一定的思考。Based on 30 inter-provincial panel data in China from 2006 to 2020,the non-expected output super-efficiency SBM model is used to calculate the carbon emission efficiency of the construction industry and explore its spatial distribution characteristics,and the traditional Markov and spatial Markov probability transfer matrices are constructed to analyze the dynamic evolution of the carbon emission of the construction industry and the spatial spillover effect.The results show that the distribution of carbon emission efficiency in the construction industry shows the phenomenon of“high in the east and low in the west”;the carbon emission efficiency of the construction industry in the recent three years shows negative correlation in space;at the same time,the carbon emission efficiency of the construction industry has a spatial spillover effect and there is a certain“Matthew effect”phenomenon.The conclusions of this study provide certain thinking for the transformation and upgrading development of the construction industry.
