我国保障性住房供给效率测度及其时空演化分析

摘　　要：在阐述保障性住房供给效率分析框架的基础上,采用SBM模型对2009年-2018年中国各省份保障性住房供给效率水平进行测度,基于空间数据分析对其时空演变特征进行识别。研究发现:在研究时段内我国保障性住房供给效率呈现先下降后上升的趋势,具有不均衡的发展态势,形成由中部向外逐渐减弱的空间分布格局;其整体协同效应在不断增加,局部空间自相关以不显著为主,H-H和L-L特征为辅,总体上我国保障性住房供给效率还未实现整体协同发展,仍有较大发展潜力。Based on the analysis framework of affordable housing supply efficiency,the SBM model was used to measure the efficiency level of affordable housing supply in various provinces in China from 2009 to 2018,and its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics were identified based on spatial data analysis.It is found that during the study period,the supply efficiency of affordable housing in China showed a trend offirst decreasing and then rising,with an uneven development trend,forming a spatial distribution pattern that gradually weakened from the middle to the outside.Its overall synergy effect is increasing,local spatial autocorrelation is mainly insignificant,supplemented by H-H and L-L characteristics,and on the whole,the overall coordinated development of affordable housing supply efficiency in China has not yet been achieved.
