摘　　要：针对项目在设计阶段的特点,搭建基于BIM的经济指标预审平台。在项目前期融入BIM设计工具,建立符合设计要求的BIM模型,并在BIM设计过程中,进行信息挂载,进而可协助设计师在设计阶段直观了解建筑经济指标动态变化,快速评估项目的经济合理性,从而推进项目前期审批进度,提高项目实施效率。以建筑指标动态监测为中心思想,借助实际项目阐释BIM正向设计环境下,建筑经济指标动态监测的思路和方法,并对未来数字设计的前景进行了展望。Targeting the characteristics of the project at the design stage,a pre-review platform for economic indicators based on BIM is established.By introducing BIM technology in the early stages of the project,a BIM model that meets design requirements is established,and information is attached during the BIM design process.This can assist designers in intuitively understanding the dynamic changes of architectural economic indicators during the design stage,quickly assessing the rationality of the project,thereby promoting the approval progress of the project in the early stage and improving the efficiency of project implementation.The article centers on indicator monitoring,elucidates the ideas and methods of dynamic monitoring of architectural economic indicators under the positive BIM design environment with the help of actual projects,and provides a prospect for the future of digital design.
