摘  要:为提升钢筋混凝土排架结构厂房再生利用施工过程中数据监测的有效性和可靠性,确保结构安全,提出基于EI-MKE的钢筋混凝土排架结构厂房再生利用施工安全监测传感器优化布置方法,并以某主厂房实例进行验证,得到了主厂房结构局部响应和整体响应的最优监测传感器布置方案,据此实现了对不同工况下结构真实响应值的自动化获取,验证了该方法的有效性。研究结果表明,该方法是静动力实测法、有效独立法EI、模态动能法MKE的有机结合,为定量研究钢筋混凝土排架结构厂房再生利用施工安全监测传感器优化布置提供了新的思路。In order to improve the effectiveness and reliability of data monitoring during the construction process of reinforced concrete shelved structure plant regeneration and utilization,and ensure the structural safety,this paper proposes an optimized arrangement method of construction safety monitoring sensor based on EI-MKE for reinforced concrete shelved structure plant regeneration and utilization,and verifies it with an example of a main plant.The optimal monitoring sensor layout scheme of local response and overall response of the main building structure is obtained,and the real response value of the structure under different working conditions is automatically obtained,and the effectiveness of the method is verified.The results show that the method is an organic combination of static and dynamic measurement method,effective independent method EI and modal kinetic energy method MKE,which provides a new idea for quantitative research on the optimization of construction safety monitoring sensors for the recycling of reinforced concrete shelved structures.
