摘　　要：随着环境问题日益突出,人力成本大幅上升,全国各行业掀起了推进模块化施工技术的发展热潮。目前,模块化施工在地铁交通、石油化工、桥梁工程、变电站、核电站等各个领域成规模应用,已经形成了规模经济。模块化施工在环境友好、缩短工期等方面较传统建筑业具有明显优势。目前各个领域对于模块化施工主要集中在技术层面,对经济效益很少涉及,本文是以现有的一些已施或在施项目为主要研究对象,分析模块化设计施工对工业项目建设费用及工期的影响,对未来模块化施工的经济研究指标模型进行方案探索。With the increasingly prominent environmental issues and the significant increase in labor costs,various industries aross the country have launched a wave of promoting the development of modular construction technology.At present,modular construction has been applied on a large scale in variousfields such as subway transportation,petrochemicals,bridge engineering,substations,nuclear power plants,and has formed economies of scale.Modular construction has significant adwantages over traditional construction in terms of environmental friendliness and shortened construction period.At present,modular construction in variousfields is mainly focused on the technical level,with little involvement in economic benefits.This article focuses on some existing or ongoing projects as the main research object,analyzes the impact of modular design and construction on industrial project construction costs and duration,and explores the economic research index model of modular construction in the future.
