国内外精益建造研究的知识地图--基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘　　要：为研究国内外精益建造近年来发展状况、研究热点和趋势,利用CiteSpace对2010年至2021年间410篇中文文献和1388篇外文文献进行可视化分析。得到以下结论:(1)国内研究热点为项目管理、施工管理,精益建造理念作为管理方法进行研究且与智能建造联系密切,精益技术的应用集中于施工阶段。国外研究热点为末位计划者系统、协同、浪费,精益技术在项目各阶段都有运用。(2)国内研究精益建造研究重点有待进一步明确,国外末位计划者系统、精益实践、目标价值设计、节拍计划是主要的研究方向。(3)国内精益建造研究呈现数字化、智能化以及多领域协同发展的趋势,国外与精益4.0相关的研究将成为主要方向。In order to study the development status,research hotspots and trends of lean construction at home and abroad in recent years,CiteSpace was used to visualise and analyse 410 Chinese and 1388 foreign literature between 2010 and 2021.The following conclusions were obtained:(1)The hotspots of domestic research are project management and construction management,the lean construction concept is studied as a management method and is closely connected with intelligent construction,and the application of lean technology is concentrated in the construction stage.The hotspots of foreign research are last planner system,synergy,waste,and lean technology is applied in all phases of the project.(2)The focus of domestic research on lean construction needs to be further clarified,and the main research directions of foreign research are last planner system,lean practice,target value design,and beat plan.(3)Domestic lean construction research presents the trend of digitalisation,intelligence and synergistic development of multiplefields,and foreign research related to Lean 4.0 will become the main direction.
