摘　　要：历史文化街区有机更新是城市更新的基础。有机更新下的街区文化资源得到合理保护与利用,街区文化得以传承。针对某街区有机更新实践存在的治理主体单一、文化碎片化、商业同质化、本土化缺失等问题,深入挖掘有机更新策略,以期为历史文化街区的有机更新工作提供思路借鉴。The organic renewal of historical and cultural blocks is the basis of urban renewal.The cultural resources of the block under organic renewal are reasonably protected and utilized,and the block culture is inherited.In view of the problems existing in the organic renewal practice of a certain block,such as single governance subject,cultural fragmentation,commercial homogenization,lack of localization,etc.,this paper deeply explores the organic renewal strategy,in order to provide ideas for the organic renewal work of historical and cultural blocks.
