摘　　要：目的 了解湖北省急性乙型肝炎(乙肝)病例乙肝病毒(Hepatitis B virus,HBV)基因型和血清型特征。方法 收集2016-2022年湖北省6个监测点急性乙肝病例血清标本,使用巢式PCR进行HBV基因型和血清型鉴定。结果 共获得73例急性乙肝病例的HBV基因序列,其中B2基因型66例(90.41%)、C2基因型7例(9.59%),核苷酸序列同源性分别为96.2%-100%、98.0%-99.8%;adw2、adw3、adrq+血清型分别为65例(89.04%)、1例(1.37%)、7例(9.59%)。在B基因型中adw2、adw3、adrq+血清型分别占98.48%(65/66)、1.52%(1/66)、0.00%(0/66),在C基因型中分别占0.00%(0/7)、0.00%(0/7)、100%(7/7)(Fisher确切概率法,P=0.000)。结论 湖北省急性乙肝病例优势HBV为B2基因型和adw2血清型,血清型构成在不同基因型之间具有显著性差异。Objective To identify hepatitis B virus(HBV) genotypes and serotypes in acute hepatitis B cases in Hubei province.Methods We obtained sera from acute hepatitis B cases during 2016-2022 in 6 surveillance sites of Hubei and determined HBV genotypes and serotypes using nested PCR.Results HBV gene sequences were obtained from 73 acute hepatitis B cases,among which 66(90.41%) were B2 genotype and 7(9.59%) were C2 genotype.Nucleotide homology was 96.2%-100% for B2 genotypes and 98.0%-99.8% for C2 genotypes.Among all cases,65(89.04%),1(1.37%),and 7(9.59%) were adw2,adw3,and adrq+ serotype.The adw2,adw3,and adrq+ serotype cases accounted for 98.48%(65/66),1.52%(1/66),and 0.00%(0/66) of B genotype cases and 0.00%(0/7),0.00%(0/7),and 100%(7/7) of C genotype cases(Fisher's exact test,P=0.000).Conclusions The predominant HBV strains were B2 genotype and adw2 serotype in Hubei province,with significant differences in serotype distribution between genotypes.
