摘　　要：呼吸道黏膜免疫疫苗是一种通过模拟呼吸道病原体的自然感染途径进行免疫接种而诱导保护性免疫应答的疫苗。这种疫苗常具有非侵入性、安全性好、依从性好等优势,可在呼吸道黏膜表面诱导产生肌内注射疫苗难以产生的呼吸道黏膜免疫保护;然而在研发和临床应用方面仍存在多种问题,使其广泛使用受到限制。本文总结了国内外呼吸道黏膜免疫疫苗安全性和免疫原性的临床研究结果,探讨了该疫苗当前面临的挑战和未来的研究方向。Respiratory mucosal immunization vaccines induce protective immune responses by simulating the natural infection pathway of respiratory pathogens,with advantages of non-invasiveness,good safety,and good compliance.Unlike intramuscular vaccines,they can produce respiratory mucosal immune protection on the surface of respiratory mucosa.However,many problems in research and development and clinical application limit their widespread use.In this article,we summarize the safety and immunogenicity of respiratory mucosal immunization vaccines in national and international clinical research and discuss current challenges and future research directions for these vaccines.
