摘　　要：第十九届亚运会在浙江杭州成功举办。结合杭州亚运会转播工作的实际情况,主转播机构(Host Broadcaster,HB)融合媒体制作(Convergence Media Production,CMP)系统采用“云,边,端”架构,利用5G技术、云计算技术、虚拟化超高清非编技术、海外子节点信号分发技术,构建了主播机构赛事制作云服务平台,为国际广播电视信号、赛事集锦等增加云端化上传、集成、制作、分发能力,为持权转播商提供全媒体云端赛事转播技术服务,为已授权的新媒体播出平台提供国际电视广播信号。基于此,详细介绍云服务平台的设计方案和具体实现过程。The 19th Asian Games were successfully held in Hangzhou,Zhejiang province.According to the actual broadcasting work of the Hangzhou Asian Games,the Convergence Media Production(CMP)system of the Host Broadcaster(HB)adopted the"cloud,edge and end"architecture.Utilizing 5G technology,cloud computing technology,virtual ultra high definition non-editing technology,and overseas sub-node signal distribution technology,it has built a cloud service platform for event production of anchor institutions.increasing cloud-based uploading,integration,production,and distribution capabilities for international radio and television signals and event highlights,and providing all-media cloud event broadcast technical services for rights-holding broadcasters,to provide international television broadcasting signals to authorized new media broadcasting plaforms.Based on this,this paper introduces the design scheme and implementation process of cloud service platform in detail.
