摘　　要：本文以专利信息为基础,分析深圳市专利布局结构和趋势以及各区技术构成、创新主体、创新人才分布情况,揭示深圳市智能服务机器人产业发展的地位及趋势,明晰深圳市智能服务机器人产业创新发展方向及专利布局策略。同时对深圳市重点智能服务机器人企业进行走访调研,研究重点技术发展现状及方向,以此期望该研究能为深圳市智能服务机器人产业的知识产权高质量发展提供全方位支撑。Based on the patent information of intelligent service robot industry,this paper analyzes the structure and trend of patent layout in Shenzhen,as well as the distribution of technology composition,in-novation subjects and innovation talents in each district,to reveal the development status and trend,and clarifies its innovation development direction and patent layout strategy.At the same time,we visited the key intelligent service robot enterprises in Shenzhen,and studied the development status and direction of key technologies,so as to provide comprehensive support for the high-quality development of intellectual property of the intelligent service robot industry in Shenzhen.
