摘 要:肾脏疾病影响着全球大量的人群,给人们的健康和生活造成了负担。如果能对肾脏疾病进行早期预测、快速确诊、预后预测等,患者的健康将得到更好的守护。机器学习属于人工智能范畴,可分为监督学习、无监督学习和强化学习。随着人们对大样本量和高维数据的处理及分析要求的增高,机器学习在医学领域发挥着日益重要的作用,肾脏疾病领域也不例外。本文对机器学习在肾脏疾病中的应用进展进行综述,以期医疗人员在肾脏疾病方面的决策更为早期、精准、快速,为患者的生命健康更好地保驾护航。Kidney disease affects a large number of people around the world,imposing a significant burden to people's health and life.If early prediction,rapid diagnosis and prognosis prediction of kidney disease can be carried out,the health of patients will be better protected.Machine learning belongs to the category of artificial intelligence,which can be divided into supervised learning,unsupervised learning and reinforcement learning.With the increasing requirements for the processing and analyzing large-scale and high-dimensional data,machine learning is playing an increasingly important role in the medical domain,and the field of kidney disease is no exception.This article presents a comprehensive overview of the application progress of machine learning in kidney disease,aiming to make medical staff's decision-making in kidney disease more early,accurate and rapid,and better escort the life and health of patients.
