摘  要:为揭示环境因素对断路器操动机构辅助开关的影响规律,对某型号辅助开关开展盐雾与振动工况下的加速老化实验,并以辅助开关表面锈蚀、开合状态以及弹簧长度作为特征参量,进而掌握环境因素对其性能影响规律与劣化性能表征方法。研究结果表明:盐雾环境会使辅助开关接线金属螺丝发生锈蚀,镍层受到破坏后会导致镍元素含量下降,铁元素反之;盐雾还会侵入辅助开关内部,造成开合过程卡涩,使得开合扭矩值上升约54%;在外界振动工况下,辅助开关内部弹簧受外力影响发生松弛,使其部分接线点位无法正常开合,且振动会导致内部结构松动,使得开合扭矩下降约24.1%。该研究结果对于掌握复杂工况下的断路器操动机构辅助开关运行状态,开展断路器操动机构辅助开关寿命预测,预防断路器操动机构故障发生具有重要的借鉴意义。In this paper,accelerated aging experiments under salt spray and vibration conditions were conducted on an auxiliary switch,and the surface corrosion,opening and closing state and spring length of the auxiliary switch will be selected as characteristic parameters to investigate the influence of environmental factors on its performance.The research results indicate that salt spray will make the surface wiring screw rust,when nickel layer is damaged,it can lead to a decrease in the content of nickel elements,the opposite of iron element.In addition to salt spray will also in-vade the internal,causing the opening and closing process jams,making the opening and closing torque increased by about 54%.Under the influence of vibration,the spring inside the auxiliary switch turns slack under the influence of external force,so that some of its wiring points cannot be opened and closed normally,and the vibration causes the internal structure to loosen,making the opening torque drop about 24.1%.The results of this paper have important reference signifi-cance for mastering the operation status of the auxiliary switch of the circuit breaker operating mechanism under complex working conditions,carrying out life prediction of the auxiliary switch of the circuit breaker operating mechanism,and preventing the fault occurrence of the circuit breaker operating mechanism.
