摘  要:雪层自然融化脱落是清除冬季光伏组件覆雪的重要方法,但目前对于光伏组件覆雪自然融化脱落条件的研究相对缺乏。为此,首先对光伏组件覆雪自然融化物理过程及其热量平衡进行分析。随后,基于步入式微气候实验室搭建了光伏覆雪融化实验平台,分别测试了热辐射强度、覆雪密度、覆雪厚度及组件倾角对于光伏组件覆雪接触面温度和脱落时间的影响。实验结果表明:在文中实验条件下,光伏组件覆雪层的脱落与接触面温度有一定的相关性,一般脱落时的温度处于-1~-0.1℃范围内,并未升至冰点温度;而热辐射强度、覆雪密度、覆雪厚度及光伏组件倾角均对光伏组件与雪层接触面温度和脱落时间有很大影响,其中倾角影响最为显著,相比于23°倾角工况,33°、43°倾角光伏组件的覆冰雪融化脱落时间分别缩短了约40%和85%。Natural melting and shedding of the snow cover is an important approach to removing winter snow cover from photovoltaic(PV)modules,but there is a relative lack of research on the natural melting process of photovoltaic snow cover.To this end,the paper began with an analysis of the physical process of natural snow melting on photovoltaic modules and its heat balance.Subsequently,an experimental platform based on a walk-in microclimate laboratory was set up to test the effects of thermal radiation intensity,snow density,snow height and module tilt on the temperature and shedding time of the contact surface of PV modules.The experimental results show that under the experimental conditions of this paper,there is a certain correlation between the snow cover shedding and the contact surface temperature of the PV module,and the tempera-ture at the time of shedding is generally in the range of-1~-0.1℃,but do not rise to the freezing point temperature.Besides the thermal radiation intensity,snow cover density,snow cover height and the tilt angle of the PV module all have a great influence on the contact surface temperature and shedding time of the PV module and the snow layer.Among the above influen-cing factors,the title angle has the most significant effect,compared with 23°,when the title an-gle reaches at 33°and 43°,PV module ice melting and snow shedding time are shortened by about 40%and 85%respectively.
