摘 要:含钒钢渣产于钒钛磁铁矿的炼钢过程,同时也是宝贵的二次资源。因此,如何低成本高效率地回收钢渣中的钒资源是我国钒产业的重要举措。本文总结了目前提钒方法的工艺路线、原理和研究现状,简要介绍了火法提钒的优缺点,重点描述了钠化提钒、钙化提钒、空白焙烧提钒、微波焙烧提钒、直接浸出等湿法提钒工艺的发展现状,阐述了这些工艺存在的优缺点以及改进方向。对钢渣提钒工艺的未来研究方向进行了展望,以实现提钒工艺高效率、低成本、无污染的绿色化发展。Vanadium-containing steel slag is produced in the steelmaking process of vanadium titanomagnetite,and it is also a valuable secondary resource.Therefore,how to recover vanadium resources in steel slag with low cost and high efficiency is an important measure for my country's vanadium industry.The process route,principle and research status of the current vanadium extraction method were summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of pyrotechnic vanadium extraction were briefly introduced.The development status of wet vanadium extraction processes such as sodium vanadium extraction,calcification vanadium extraction,blank roasting vanadium extraction,microwave roasting vanadium extraction,and direct leaching were mainly described.The future research direction of the process was prospected to realize the green development of the vanadium extraction process with high efficiency,low cost and no pollution.
