摘  要:分别采用Zr-4和Zr1Nb两种合金作为Zr1Nb包壳的端塞材料,用钨极气体保护焊对包壳和端塞进行焊接。用常温爆破和显微硬度测试方法对比研究了两种焊缝的力学性能,用360℃均匀水腐蚀和400℃高温蒸汽腐蚀对比研究了两种焊缝的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:两种焊缝的力学性能相当,Zr1Nb/Zr-4焊缝的耐腐蚀性能优于Zr1Nb/Zr1Nb焊缝的耐腐蚀性能。Zr-4 and Zr1Nb alloys were used as the material of end plug for Zr1Nb cladding,respectively,and the end plug and the cladding were welded using tungsten arc inert gas welding technique.Comparative study of mechanical properties of the both welds was conducted using the normal temperature burst test method and microhardness test method,and the corrosion resistance of the both welds was studied using the corrosion tests in water at 360℃ and in steam at 400℃.The result shows that the mechanical properties of the both welds are equivalent and the corrosion resistance of the Zr1Nb/Zr-4 weld is better than that of the Zr1Nb/Zr1Nb weld.
