摘 要:采用有限元模拟分析了Ti-22Al-25Nb合金复杂截面盘件的B2/β锻成形过程,发现简单饼坯作为预制坯成形工艺不合理,模锻后盘件应变不均匀显著:鼔筒与辐板连接位置应变过大,而鼔筒端部应变过小,可能造成组织不均匀。通过模拟对预制坯进行了优化,模锻工艺优化后整个锻件的应变均匀性得到显著改善。采用优化后的工艺进行Ti-22Al-25Nb合金盘件锻造试验,所得的盘锻件组织为板条组织,且不同位置组织均匀性较好。The forming process of B2/βforging of Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy disc forgings with complex section was analyzed by finite element simulation.It was found that the forming processing with simple disk as preformed blank was unreasonable,the strain of the disc after die forging was apparently uneven:the strain of the connection between the eel barrel and the spoke plate was too large,and the strain at the end of the ferret barrel was too small,which may cause uneven organization.The preforming blank was optimized by simulation,and the strain uniformity of the entire forging was significantly improved after the optimization of the die forging process.After adopting the optimized forging process,the microstructure of the Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy disk forging is lamellar structure,and the microstructural uniformity is good for varying position.
