摘  要:采用选区激光熔化(SLM)制备了SiCp增强Al10SiMg复合材料,研究了不同热处理工艺对SiC_(p)/Al10SiMg复合材料微观组织演变及力学性能的影响。结果表明,经T2(人工时效)处理后,复合材料的显微组织变化不明显,但力学性能有所提高;经T6(固溶热处理+人工时效)处理后,共晶硅网格消失,过饱和Si颗粒从基体中析出,使Al基体软化,复合材料的抗拉强度以及硬度显著降低,但伸长率有所提高。随着固溶温度的升高(500~525℃),Mg_(2)Si相首先析出,在500℃左右时析出金属间化合物AlFeSi,其含量随固溶温度升高不断增多。在T6热处理过程中,随着固溶温度的升高,复合材料的硬度以及抗拉强度均有所提升,其原理是Mg_(2)Si相的析出以及金属间化合物的沉淀强化克服了显微组织的粗化和基体软化的影响。SiCp enhanced Al10SiMg composite was prepared using prect laser melting(SLM).The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of SiC_(p)/Al10SiMg composites were studied.The results show that,after T2(artificial aging)treatment,the microstructure changes of composites are not obvious,but the mechanical properties are improved.After T6(solid heat treatment+artificial aging)treatment,the copocrystalline silicon grid disappear,and the opersaturating Si particles are precipitated from the matrix to the soften Al matrix.The tensile strength and hardness of the composite are significantly reduced,but the elongation rate is improved.As the solid dissolution temperature increases(500-525℃),the Mg_(2)Si phase is first precipitated.The content of the intermetallic compound AlFeSi,at about 500℃ increases with the solid dissolution temperature increasing.During T6 heat treatment,the hardness and tensile strength of the composite increase with the solid dissolution temperature increasing.The principle is that the precipitation of the Mg_(2)Si phase and the precipitation reinforcement of the intermetal compounds overcome the thickening of the microstructure and the softening of the matrix.
