摘 要:采用HT-1000型球-盘式高温摩擦磨损试验机研究固溶时效后TC11钛合金在100、200、300、400℃下的磨损行为。分析不同温度下摩擦系数及磨损率变化趋势及原因,通过扫描电镜和能谱等方法研究不同温度下磨痕形貌、成分的变化情况和磨损机理。结果表明:400℃时,摩擦系数最小,且随着时间变化不稳定,另外3个温度下摩擦系数相对稳定;温度为200℃时,磨损量最小,300℃时磨损量最大,最大值为最小值的2倍;400℃时,磨损机理以氧化磨损为主,伴有磨粒磨损和少量黏着磨损,另外3个温度下,以磨粒磨损为主,同时均伴有氧化磨损。The wear behavior at 100℃,200℃,300℃ and 400℃ of TC11 titanium alloy after solution aging was studied by using HT-1000 ball disc high temperature friction and wear tester.The change trend and reason of friction coefficient and wear rate at different temperatures were analyzed.The change of wear scar morphology,composition and wear mechanism at different temperatures were studied by SEM and EDS.The results show that the friction coefficient is the minimum at 400℃ and is unstable with time,while the friction coefficient is relatively stable at the other three temperatures.When the temperature is 200℃,the wear amount is the minimum.When the temperature is 300℃,the wear amount is the maximum,and the maximum value is twice of the minimum value.At 400℃,the wear mechanism is mainly oxidation wear,accompanied by abrasive wear and a small amount of adhesive wear.At the other three temperatures,the wear mechanism is mainly abrasive wear,accompanied by oxidation wear.
