摘 要:采用浇注阶梯试块、光学显微镜、硬度测试研究了锑对高强度灰铸铁不同厚度断面的显微组织及力学性能影响。结果表明:灰铸铁含锑量为0.02%时,石墨片得到适度细化,珠光体体积分数有所增加且含量在98%以上,但却不出现白口,硬度的平均值也显著提高;随着厚度的增大,石墨组织大小、数量以及形貌基本保持不变,基体组织也保持均匀性,而硬度减小明显缓慢,大大改善了高强度灰铸铁铸件的断面敏感性。The effect of antimony on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high-strength gray cast iron sections with different thicknesses was studied by casting step test block,optical microscope and hardness test.The results show that when the antimony content of gray cast iron is 0.02%,the graphite flakes are moderately refined,the volume fraction of pearlite is increased and the content is above 98%,but no white surfaces appear,and the average hardness is also obviously improved.With the increase of thickness,the size,quantity and morphology of graphite structure remain basically unchanged,and the matrix structure also maintains uniformity,while the hardness decreases significantly slower,which greatly improves the sectional sensitivity of high-strength gray cast iron castings.
